Q. Which spell would work best for my situation? A. It is best for you to be guided by your intuition through your first choice of the category of spells most related for your situation. Q. Do spells really work? A. Most of our clients are very happy with the results of their spell work. We have a very high success rate and receive emails everyday from people of all walks of life thanking us for our help. To reap the benefits of the spell you must believe and have faith it will work. To ensure maximum forces are at work for you, it may be necessary for you to supplement the spell by reciting simple chants, doing simple rituals, etc. Q. What will be shipped to me for the spell? A. For some services nothing will be physically shipped to you, if this is the case, it will be indicated in the product description. The item(s) shipped to you from your spell work will vary for each person depending on their specific circumstances unless specifically indicated. Possible magickal items may be: spell pouches, amulets, enchanted mirrors, talismans, JuJu bags, statues, poppets, washes, candles, soaps, wands, gemstones, crystals, potions, or many other possible items. Your package will be shipped to you discreetly with no identifiable content indicating what is within. Q. How far of a distance can spells be successfully cast? A. Physical distance is not a problem for the energies of a spell to effect the focused situation. Q. If a spell is being cast on another person, how much of their info is needed for the spell to be cast? A. Their name and birth date. If you do not know their birth date, than some other info or details unique to them. Pictures may also be helpful, but not necessary. Q. What is your business schedule A. Typically we are unavailable to do spell work, readings or email response on the weekends or holidays. All emails are always answered as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days. If you do not receive a response in that time frame, it means that we never received your original email and should resend it. Q. What about death magick? A. We will not cast harmful death magick on anyone nor will we do any death readings. Q. Do you sacrifice animals? A. In no way do we ever harm living creatures. Q. What about minors? A. We will not cast for or on minors. The only exception is if a client wants the spell to focus on protection, happiness, blessings, etc for their own child(ren). Q. Is there anything else I can do to help my spell work along? A. In addition to any instructions provided in your final confirmation email, try not to stress out over the situation, allow the magick to work on the situation in it's own way and seize opportunities that will appear with you being proactive and can help you reach your desire. Q. I had another spell from a different witch already cast for my situation, will getting one of yours conflict with it? A. No, unless you specifically want it to cause a different effect. Any of our spells will supplement, enhance and make stronger and other spell work you had done in the past. Q. Should I purchase two for your spells for the same situation? A. For difficult or stubborn cases, you may decide to compliment one work with another. For example the Bring Back Return Lost Love spell in addition to the Diabolical Break Up Love Spell to ensure all aspects of the situation are fully covered. Q. After I purchase a spell or psychic service, when will it be done? A. All spells and readings are done according to our available schedule. Depending on when we receive your payment and details it may be completed the same night or within a few to several days. The exception is for advance purchases of specific sacred days for magick. A. How long does it take for the spell to work? Q. Every situation is different and the speed of results will vary according to many factors, depending on that, it determines the time it takes for events to be set up which will allow your goals to manifest. Q. Tell me about your 100 % satisfaction pledge A. We are hyper-vigilient in making sure everything magickally possible is done to help your situation. If you do not obtain everything we have worked for by the end of the original active spell's cycle of twelve weeks, we will do one reinforcement spell for you free of charge. Q. Can you call me on the phone or can I call you? No, we do not accept nor make any phone calls. All interaction is soley done via email Q. What types of payment do you accept? A. We only accept Paypal, western union, cash (at your own risk) or money order. If you send a personal check, it will be returned to you. All payments must be in U.S. currency.
